After years of experience in three-dimensional design for moulds, Nichele Progetti Sas, in collaboration with Nichele F.lli Snc, has developed and patented a plastic alloy that possesses extraordinary resistance and flexibility. This composition is ideal for the construction of hockey sticks.


HOCKEY STICKS

Traditional hockey sticks are usually less costly than the more modern composite sticks, but they break, even quite easily. Modern sticks, on the other hand, are made of various types of material, including fibreglass, aluminium carbon graphite, Kevlar and titanium.
These materials make a hockey stick lighter, but they are also generally more costly. The Executive 2001 hockey stick, made of plastic alloy, is much more resistant than wooden sticks or sticks made of other composite materials, with the advantage of a very competitive price.
The article we are proposing has many ideal characteristics, due to: its shape, lightness, adaptability, elasticity, resistance to wear and tear and especially the price.
This stick is ideal for young enthusiasts, for the training camps of hockey teams and in all activities for the promotion, incentives for the development of hockey, where the cost must not represent a large investment (in relation to the initial cost and resistance of equipment over a period of time and wear and tear).

For professional athletes, who have special needs for specific preparation, the stick can be enhanced by making it heavier, without losing the characteristics of balance, which would influence the technique in using it. (Already used to train the Italian National Hockey Team in 2003).
